What's the difference between the three plans?
Tailor (£5) is a one-off: upload your CV, paste a job description, get one tailored CV. Sprint (£10) gives you 4 tailored CVs over a 48-hour window starting from your first tailor — designed for weekend application sprints. Get Shortlisted (£14/month) gives you unlimited tailored CVs, cover letters, interview prep, and an application tracker.
When does the 48-hour Sprint window start?
The 48-hour clock starts the moment you tailor your first CV — not at purchase. So you can buy on Tuesday for a Saturday push and still get the full window.
Do I need an account for the £5 tier?
No. Upload, paste, pay, download. No signup, no account. The £10 Sprint and £14/month tiers require an account because they store your profile for re-use.
Can I cancel the monthly subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any point. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no retention tricks.
Is there a free option?
Yes. Get a free ATS score — upload your CV and a job description to see your compatibility score, keyword gaps, and improvement suggestions. No payment needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
Can I upgrade between tiers later?
Yes. Sprint and Get Shortlisted both create an account, and your CV profile carries over if you upgrade. Nothing is lost.
Is there a student discount?
Not currently, but the £5 Tailor tier is already significantly cheaper than any professional CV service. One tailored CV costs less than a coffee.
What's your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your tailored CV, contact us at hello@aicvbuilder.co.uk within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
